Candidate slots narrow automatically as responses arrive. If a proposed selection leaves zero overlapping options, a real-time warning is displayed prior to submission.
Consensus Breakdown Table
Organisers view both the surviving consensus slots and an individual row-by-row matrix of all participants to resolve conflicts if mutual slots become exhausted.
